Pretty disappointed, hadn't had Pizza Hut for a long time so thought we'd give it a go tonight. Unfortunately after waiting a rather long time for our order, when it arrived, they had given us some kind of (unpleasant) mini corn fritters instead of the garlic bread I ordered. I tried calling to have this rectified but there was a message saying they could not take calls and I wasn't able to leave a message. After attempting to call the store 3 times I have decided to not bother with my garlic bread and leave this review instead.The pizza was also the worst we've had in a long time. Overcooked and had hardly any taste. The best thing about my order would have to be the chips. And even those I feel were just the same as me putting some frozen chips in our airfryer...

Boneless chicken was good, but I order a brownie and get a cookie instead. I notice it only when I arrived home. Don’t forget to check your order.

I was not expecting SO MANY prawns on the pizza! And the crust was freaking amazing! I ordered for lunch time so maybe not as much of a rush at night but I'm very happy :) polite delivery person too

Pizza without cheese is just disappointing. Put your prices up so you can actually put some cheese on the pizza, rather than scrimping so much that the customer is left with a product that is not enjoyable. There was the faintest trace of cheese on all of our pizzas, not that you could taste it. Leaves a very dry and disappointing taste in the mouth when you serve pizzas this way. We won't be back.

Had been a customer of Pizza Hut ... Swan View ... for many many years ... have been away for a year and just come back to the area ... well they used to be one of the best pizza shops in the Midland area ... they used too ... change of ownership and our pizzas tonight were rubbish ... when I complained I was told to not come back ... well boys I had already decided that for myself !!! You've lost me as a customer ... poor pizzas and rudery from the two gents that are obviously the owners !!! There are much better pizza shops in the Midland area ... my advice is avoid this place !!!0 out of 10 for my review !!!

Had an issue with the delivery driver who must have dropped our 4 pizza's and they arrived mashed in the corner of the box. I phoned the shop and they couldn't apologise more.redid the order and I picked up in 15 minutes.

As fast food pizza shops/food goes then its average. My Supreme minus mushrooms as I'm allergic had mushrooms on it. Because its a takeaway i was in no mood to drive back. It was also dry and not cooked enough underneath. You get what you expect I guess.
