Absolutely useless. Tried to place an order online but it was saying store was closed, so called the store and the Indian girl had no idea what I was on about. Asked to speak to someone else and as soon as they answered the phone they said bye and hung up.

Want an amazing pizza I highly recommend you ask for Rory to make it. Amazing manager who made the best pizza I've had in a while from a pizza hut.He also took the time to double check our pizzas and the salad bar as we had a few ingredients removed due to extreme allergies.I'll definitely be returning to this store if the pizza quality stays like it did today

Just got our pizzas delivered and this is what they look like. This is the second time we have had pizza looking like trash. Please take more care and respect otherwise you'll end up loosing customers.

ordered pizza online at 8pm its 10.10pm now and no pizza, however i have spent the last 30 minutes listening to the worst on hold music ever recorded. Dont worry pizza hut i will continue holding until i get to abuse someone at a multi billion dollar business that takes my money provides nothing and cant even answer a call. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Had supreme chicken Pizza here. Menu says comes with Tender chicken, mushrooms, juicy pineapple, roasted red capsicum, green capsicum, onion & mozzarella. All it had, very few tiny pieces of chicken, 3-4 pieces of mushroom and couple of pieces of capsicum. Cheese was sufficient and base was nice though.

I love your meals Pizza hut Byford. I found this Pizza hut on my way to Serpentine and boy the pizza was amazing! I ordered their thin and crispy crust pizza and it was made to perfection...Their customer service was on point too...Highly recommended for anyone who wants good value for their money in a nice meal...

I will never enter this store again unless a gun is pointed to my head. The “medium sized” pizza I ordered I reckon a toddler could have to themselves it was that small. The large size pizza was good enough for one person. The customer service was terrible with no one in the store wearing uniform.

Could not fault this place at all. Great tasting pizza ( so much better than Domino's) competitive pricing and good old fashioned customer service. I won't be getting my pizzas from anywhere else from now on. Great job guys!
